4 Tips On Getting Kids to Eat Healthy

Benji’s adorable little tyke loves healthy foods and even green juice! It’s a parent’s dream and here are 4 tips to help set your kids on the same healthy path…

Get Kids to Eat Healthy

Tip #1: Start Them Early

As soon as you can start feeding your little ones solid foods, make it nutrient packed foods. If they get used to eating healthy foods like fruits and vegetables early, it is more likely to be a lifelong habit.

Tip #2: Make It Fun

A daily green juice session can be fun and beneficial. Green juices are power packed with nutrients. When kids help, and you create a fun routine out of it, they are more likely to enjoy the drink.

“When it’s fun and they’re involved in the process of making the food, they’re more likely to eat the food.”

So grab that juicer and let your kids help with the process! Even better if you garden together and they help grow the food.

Tip #3: Limit The Options

When grocery shopping, determine ahead of time to be in control of what goes in the cart and make it healthy. When giving options at the store or at home, only allow the choice between two options and make them both healthy options.

Tip #4: Model It

Are you modeling healthy eating for your kids? If you want you kids to eat healthy, you need to eat healthy in front of them. Model the type of diet you would like your kids to eat.

So helpful and adorable!
