Easy to make! Easy to eat! Easy to love! 😆
The Chicken nugget. An American pastime, made famous (perhaps in a negative light) by McDonald’s and other fast food outlets, but they can actually be quite nutritious as well as delicious, if made with great ingredients and the right way!
I came across this brilliant recipe from SuperHealthyKids.com and had to share it. They are as pure and natural as it gets, but they look so delicious and fun that your little ones will likely inhale them upon sight.
Now, most of us would have made our own chicken nuggets by using little bite sized bits of chicken, roll them in eggs and breadcrumbs and throw them in the oven or fry pan. The problem with this is that young toddlers can find these difficult to chew, particularly if they’re lacking all of their teeth. That’s a reason why processed nuggets are so popular. They are just easier to ear.
Here’s the ‘unprocessed’ version, with the added benefit of them being able to be shaped into whatever you want!
