PB Yogurt Dip + Apple Slices

Our kids have a lot going on during the day. They could use food that nourishes them and gives them fuel for the day’s activities. It can be even harder to figure out what snacks to give if your kid is a picky eater. There are so many processed and prepackaged snack options available. The downside to them is that they aren’t always healthy. They can be loaded with sugar. They may taste good, but they don’t add any nutritional value to your kids.

If you are in a rush you don’t always have time to give them anything else but a prepackaged snack. We have the solution for you. This snack idea is quick, easy to make, and delicious. It is also perfect for picky eaters too! This snack idea is healthier than apple slices with caramel.
